Please Note at first:

1. shipping fee is free only if our products are defective in quality;
2. Items returned or exchanged should be unworn, unused, unwashed(unless it’s a fading problem), in good shapes, and with their original tags/package.
3. Free gifts should be returned to us together with the items.

1. How many days do I have to return my items?

You have 30 days for most items to return them, but bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories are CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

      2. Do I need to pay the shipping fee?

• When you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll cover the shipping fee of return, you pay free and can get fully refunds. And there’re another options for you: we resend you a new item and you return the defective item to us;  Or you can keep the items and we partially refund you.
• For non-defective products, you need to cover the shipping fee. If you are confused with size chart or any other problems, please immediately contact us at ahaofficial@ahaaha.xyz.

      3. How do I request return or refunds? And where do I return my items to?

Please contact ahaofficial@ahaaha.xyz to request a return or refunds, and we will send you an address to return items. Please don’t return items to the address on the original package or the company address, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

4. Where do I receive my funds?

We offer refunds to the original payment method where you paid them.

5. How long will I receive my funds?

For credit card, it can take 3-15 business days to be reflected in your account (Depends on the bank).

For Paypal, it can take about 1 business day for the refunds to be reflected in your account.

For Pingpong, it can take 3-15 business days to be reflected in your account (Depends on the bank you attached).

Besides, there is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return; orders placed separately cannot be returned as one; We don't refund original shipping charges.
