We are so happy you placed an order with us. We have partnered with the logistics company CNE Express to provide shipping services for consumer orders, and we will try our best to deliver your order!
Please kindly allow extra time for shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic which may cause a litter longer on dispatch.
Order Status
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status.
Orders over $54 ship for free with standard shipping.
- Based on our inventory, some items are available for Quick Ship for some areas in the US. You can see the 'Quick Ship' description on these product pages.
- If only part of your order is available for Quick Ship, they will be sent out separately. You will also get separate notifications, so don't worry.
- Quick Ship normally takes 5 business days to deliver.
NOTE:
Normally, after the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order (except for pre-sale items). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. The shipping time below does not include such processing time.
If you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our departure to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.
